Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOW & COLOR DEPOSIT POLICY
To provide the best experience for all guests, a valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. By booking an appointment with FOILED by Bara Hair Studio, you authorize the card on file to be charged in accordance with the policies below.
48-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may be done without a cancellation fee. For color appointments, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. If a deposit was paid, the deposit will be applied toward the 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Please note: Paying a deposit does not waive the 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will still be responsible for the 50% cancellation fee, with your deposit applied toward that amount.
COLOR APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to reserve all color appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total when you attend your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with 48 hours or more notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied toward the 50% cancellation fee and is not refundable.
NO-CALL, NO-SHOW POLICY
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
If a deposit was paid, it will be applied toward the 100% no-show charge, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, these policies apply to all guests and are enforced consistently.
